Tami Echard has been working with Georgia Virtual School since 2006. She has developed courses for the new math curriculum, the Middle School math courses, and the Middle School Remediation course. She also taught with our math department. She is currently working as the Program Coordinator for Accountability and Assessment. Her responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and reporting data. She will also work to develop our GaVS School Improvement Plan.

Prior to coming to Georgia Virtual, Tami taught four years in a traditional classroom. She was a part of the Gwinnett Online program for six years as a course instructor and developer. She has a Bachelors Degree in Math Education from Brigham Young University.

She’s excited about all the possibilities at GaVS and looks forward to working with the administration and teaching faculty.
